The so-called South Bay Area has not only Portugal’s probably best fish restaurants but a lot more to offer: plenty of streetart & graffiti around the Cais do Ginjal for instance, the magnificent Cristo Rei statue (= Christ the King) and legendary sunsets to mention but a few. How you get there, you’re asking? Oh, just take the ferry from Cais do Sodré (right sock) to Cacilhas (left sock) with one of the white & orange ferries that operate every day between 5:30am in the morning and 1:30am in the night. BTW: when in Cais do Sodré, you’re only 7 minutes away from Cacilhas (by boat) or appr. 30 - 45 minutes when you go for a swim ;-)
